Shipping Policy
I. Order Processing Time
Once payment for an order has been successfully confirmed, we will complete all pre-shipment processing tasks—including order verification, sorting, and packaging—within 1 to 3 business days. Processing for orders placed during holidays or outside of standard business hours will be deferred to the next available working period.
II. Order Cut-off Time
Orders submitted and paid for before 16:00 (4:00 PM) on any given business day will be scheduled for processing on that same day. Orders paid for after 16:00, as well as those placed during UK public holidays, will be deferred to the next business day and prioritized for processing.
III. Order Shipping Time
Once an order has been dispatched, the standard delivery timeframe within the UK is 3 to 5 business days. The actual delivery time may be subject to minor variations influenced by factors such as local logistics sorting, weather conditions, and delivery to remote areas.
IV. Shipping Information
All valid orders qualify for free shipping; there are no additional delivery fees, service charges, or other hidden costs.
V. Delivery Areas
Currently, we support delivery to addresses within the UK only; delivery to locations outside the UK is not available.
VI. Delivery Partners
We partner exclusively with UPS Logistics to handle the entire delivery process. Standard small items are delivered via UPS Standard shipping, while large items are delivered using UPS's dedicated truck delivery service. Prior to a truck delivery, the driver will contact the buyer in advance to confirm the precise delivery time. Buyers are required to ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the package, thereby avoiding delays, returns, or failed delivery attempts.
VII. Order Cancellation Policy
If an order has not yet been shipped, buyers may contact Customer Service at any time to request a cancellation. We do not charge any handling or processing fees for such requests and will issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be directly cancelled. All refund requests for shipped orders must strictly adhere to the platform's standard return and refund procedures; buyers must first sign for the package upon receipt and then submit an after-sales service request in accordance with our return policy.
VIII. Order Tracking
Once an order has been successfully shipped, our system will automatically generate a unique tracking number. This number will be sent to the buyer via their registered email address or the contact details provided during checkout. You may use this tracking number on the official UPS website to monitor your order's real-time transit path, delivery progress, and current status, allowing you to stay informed about your package's whereabouts at all times.
